For consultancy services please review terms and conditions provided with your invoice.

For store purchases, please review the following prior to making a purchase.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases – store credit only.

For hygiene reasons there can be no exchange or refund on jewellery or earrings.

Items can appear different from screen to screen.

Candles: you must ensure you follow all burning instructions as stated on the base of the jar. Please note: our black matte jars may require wiping with a damp cloth from time to time to remove any fingerprints - please see item description prior to making a purchase.

Shipping is flat rate $9.95 for Australia Post Standard Shipping – no guarantees or estimates can be given on delivery times as this is out of our hands once your package leaves Hey Bossy Co. offices.

If your item arrives damaged please contact us within 5 business days of arrival via email jessicacoatesbusinesssolutions@outlook.com and attach photos of damage.
