Jessica Coates Business Solutions started in 2017 as a solo freelance business focusing on RTO services and marketing support.
Over the last 8 years JCBS has taken on various projects and contacts in business training and consulting.
With a commitment to business support grounded in a vision of empowerment through training and learning Jessica and her growing team are here to help you with your small business or career development goals.

FOUNDER
For me, growing up in a small family business, paved the way for a career in business education. I understand the complexities of business ownership and create strategies that align with the mission and vision of the organisation.
I have completed studies across business, communications and vocational education and work as a trainer and assessor delivering business services courses for Registered Training Organisation (RTOs). Most recently I completed my Master of Arts (Writing) and have just enrolled in a Graduate Diploma of Adult Language, Literacy and Numeracy with CSU.
I also work with small businesses owners to develop strategies that help them to connect with their target audience. I have a passion for organic growth using social media marketing however my varied background provides amazing opportunities to work across various consulting and mentoring projects with business owners across all industries including retail, business and financial services, automotive, education, trades, real estate and many more.
I am based in the beautiful Hunter Region - minutes away from Maitland. I offer face to face consultations and training across Lake Macquarie, Newcastle, Maitland, wider Hunter Region and the Central Coast. I can also work with clients Australia wide via Zoom.
